Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 3/4 c. condensed tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked
Preparation
    Cook sausage with water in covered frying pan until tender, approximately 20 minutes.
    Remove sausage and cook green pepper and onion for 5 minutes, then add the condensed tomato soup and heat through.
    Combine sauce with macaroni and mix well.
    Place in casserole with sausage arranged on top.
    Bake in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) for approximately 30 minutes.
