Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
    3 large apples
    3 large potatoes
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Peel apples and potatoes; slice.
    Layer in casserole:
    sausage, apples and potatoes.
    Repeat to top of casserole, ending with potatoes.
    Add 2 tablespoons of water. Cover lightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
