Partially cook celery, onion, peas or corn and carrots. Drain.
Put part of each vegetable in casserole, then pour some of your homemade dried beef gravy (or frozen creamed chipped beef, thawed) over it and continue with layers.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 1/2 hour at 325\u00b0.

Chop dried beef.
(I put mine in a chopper) Save about 1/4 of a cup on the side.

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature. Chop onions and cut up dried beef into small pieces. Combine all ingredients using about 3/4 of the beef. Roll ball in remaining beef for outside coating. Refrigerate. Serve with assorted crackers.
Combine cream cheese and mix until creamy in color.
Add dried beef, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well.
Roll into ball and then roll into nuts.

Finely chop green onions.
Use scissors and cut dried beef in small pieces.

Melt butter in skillet and stir in flour to make a roux.
Add milk gradually until you reach desired thickness.
Add dried beef, olives, salt (watch salt because beef is already salty) and pepper.
Stir in egg slices carefully.
Serve over hot biscuits or thick toast.
Put oleo and dried beef in pan.
Cook a few minutes.
Mix the flour with 1/2 cup of the milk.
Pour 2 1/2 cups milk in the pan with the oleo and dried beef.
Heat until boiling or hot.
Add milk and flour.

Add dried beef and brown on medium to medium-high heat.

Make white sauce:
Melt margarine.
Add flour.
Stir together to make paste.
Slowly whisk in milk until smooth and desired consistency.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Tear apart dried beef and add to white sauce.
Serve over toast.
Spray Pam on baking dish and pour Minute rice over bottom (1/2 inch).
Cover with dots of butter and then Armour dried beef.
Lay deboned breasts on beef.
Mix sour cream with cream of celery soup.
Pour over chicken.
Bake 1 hour, uncovered, and 1/2 hour, covered, at 350\u00b0.
Line bottom of baking dish with 6 slices of Armour dried beef. Top with boneless chicken breasts.
Chop all but the white ends of the green onions and the Armour dried beef and put in a bowl.
Add the softened cream cheese and mix well.
Shape into a ball and refrigerate until firm.
Roll cheese ball in desired coating: chili powder, paprika, chopped nuts, seasoned pepper, chopped parsley, etc.
Serve with crackers.

Mix other ingredients together until fluffy.
Add a large bottle or bag of Armour dried beef that is finely chopped.
Chop scallions and 1 jar of dried beef into fine pieces.
Mix with hands the cream cheese, scallions, 1 jar dried beef, Worcestershire sauce and Accent salt until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
Roll into a ball.
Finely chop second jar of dried beef.
Roll ball onto beef until completely covered by beef.
Let sit 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve as a spread on crackers.
Tear dried beef into small pieces.
Over medium heat in saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter or margarine.
Stir in dried beef pieces.
Gradually stir in flour until blended.
Slowly add milk. Stir constantly to avoid lumping.
Remove from heat.
Season with pepper to taste.
Pour over toast or biscuits.

Chop green onions and mix with cream cheese. Chop dried beef in food processor. Add half of the dried beef to the cream cheese mixture. Roll into ball and roll ball in remainder of beef.
