Ingredients

1 small jar Armour dried beef (chop 1/2 jar; set aside)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. green olives, chopped
1 tsp. minced onions
1 to 2 tsp. horseradish sauce
Preparation

Mix together in small bowl until smooth.
Shape with spoon into log shape.
Coat in chopped dried beef.
Chill.
Serve with your favorite crackers.
