Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
milk
salt and pepper to taste
dried beef (in jar)
Preparation

Make white sauce:
Melt margarine.
Add flour.
Stir together to make paste.
Slowly whisk in milk until smooth and desired consistency.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Tear apart dried beef and add to white sauce.
Serve over toast.
