Combine the potatoes, celery, onion, ham and water in a stockpot
Place ham in roasting pan.
Score the surface with shallow diagonal cuts, making diamond shapes.
Insert cloves into diamonds (use as many as you'd like). I like to use quite a few.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0F for 1 1/2 hours. Longer if using an uncooked ham. Go according to package directions.

In a mixer, combine eggs, sugar, bread crumbs and milk; blend well.
Add meat into the mixture, working in with hands.
Shape into loaf. Decorate top with half pineapple slices and cherries.
Bake in baking dish at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours or longer.
Baste often with 1/2 cup pineapple juice.
Serves 12.
Mix the two meats together thoroughly; add the remaining ingredients.
Place in baking pans that have been greased or spread with Pam.
Pour glaze over loaves.
Bake 1/2 hour at 325\u00b0. Baste with glaze every 10 minutes for another 45 to 60 minutes. Makes 2 nice-sized loaves or ham-meat balls.

Add ground ham and pork; mix well.
Spread each ham slice with a thin coating of mustard.
Place in skillet; pour in wine vinegar.
Cook quickly, turning often until browned.
Place ham on hot platter or plate.

Pour in cooking sherry and bring to a boil; pour over ham.
Serves 6.
Brown ham slightly in fat.
Cook well if uncooked ham is used. Stir in flour; add milk.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Stir in mustard, salt and celery salt; add eggs.
Heat just until hot; stir only to keep from sticking.
Serve over hot split biscuits. Yields 8 servings.
Combine apple cider and water in a saucepan, bring to a boil; set aside.
Remove skin from ham.
Place ham fat side up, on a cutting board; score fat in a diamond design and stud with cloves. Place ham in a shallow baking pan, fat side up and coat top with brown sugar.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 about 2 hours (22 to 25 minutes per pound), basting every 30 minutes with cider mixture.

in Dutch oven with approximately 2 quarts of water.\tCut the cabbage in 4 to 6 pieces, leaving a little of the hard center on each piece.
Wash cabbage and put on
top
of the ham.
Let cook in covered Dutch oven approximately 1 hour. Delicious and ready to eat.
Cut the ham into pieces large enough for individual servings. Arrange ham, potatoes, onions, parsley and carrots in layers in a Dutch oven with some of the flour sprinkled on each layer.
Add the milk and water.
Cover tightly; simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
To serve 2 or 3, make 1/2 this recipe.
Crush garlic and spread in bottom of roasting pan.
Add bay leaves.
Place the ham on top and salt and pepper to taste.
Add apple juice.
Cover and roast at 275\u00b0 for 4 hours or until meat reaches 175\u00b0.
Remove rind and outer layer of fat.
Glaze with honey and pineapple.
Return, uncovered, to 375\u00b0 oven for about 10 minutes or until glaze is nicely brown and bubbly.
Butter each slice of bread on one side.
Place 8 slices, butter side down, in a buttered baking dish.
Spread ham, cheese and onion on bread.
Top with remaining 8 slices of bread, butter side up. Mix eggs and milk.
Pour over casserole.
Cover with foil.
Store in refrigerator overnight.
Before baking, sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0, uncovered.
Layer potatoes, ham, onion and cheese twice.
Spoon soup over top (undiluted). Cook 8 hours on low.

Cut deli ham into cubes about 1 cm (or less)square. (My kids don't like the skin on the ham so I cut that off too).
Package cubed ham into bags with approximately 1-2 cups of ham in each bag.
Press out as much air as possible, label and freeze.
To serve, add ham cubes to your favourite recipes. Defrost in the microwave if necessary.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Add pork and chicken; cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is browned on all sides.
Add onion, garlic and ham; cook for 5 minutes longer.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add broth mixed with saffron and bay leaf.
Cook 30 minutes, remove bay leaf and add rice.
Cover and cook 15 minutes.
