Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. uncooked ham, ground fine
    1 lb. lean uncooked pork, ground fine
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    4 pineapple slices
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Mix ham and pork together with their juices.
    In a mixer, combine eggs, sugar, bread crumbs and milk; blend well.
    Add meat into the mixture, working in with hands.
    Shape into loaf. Decorate top with half pineapple slices and cherries.
    Bake in baking dish at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours or longer.
    Baste often with 1/2 cup pineapple juice.
    Serves 12.
