Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sliced uncooked ham (1/2-inch thick)
4 c. sliced pared potatoes
1/2 c. sliced peeled onions
1 sprig parsley, minced
1 c. sliced pared carrots
3 Tbsp. flour
1 pt. milk
1 pt. water
Preparation

Cut the ham into pieces large enough for individual servings. Arrange ham, potatoes, onions, parsley and carrots in layers in a Dutch oven with some of the flour sprinkled on each layer.
Add the milk and water.
Cover tightly; simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
To serve 2 or 3, make 1/2 this recipe.
