Ham Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 thin slices uncooked ham
3 tsp. mustard
3 tsp. wine vinegar
6 tsp. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. cooking sherry
Preparation

Spread each ham slice with a thin coating of mustard.
Place in skillet; pour in wine vinegar.
Cook quickly, turning often until browned.
Place ham on hot platter or plate.
In skillet, add brown sugar to the remaining mustard and vinegar.
Pour in cooking sherry and bring to a boil; pour over ham.
Serves 6.
