Paella(From The World'S 100 Best Recipes Roland Goock) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 lb. pork
    1 chicken, cut up
    2 onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 lb. ham strips
    salt and pepper
    4 c. broth or bouillon
    2 oz. canned mushrooms
    cayenne pepper
    2 pinches saffron
    1 bay leaf
    1 3/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 green pepper strips
    4 tomatoes, peeled and cut
    1 c. green peas
    1 c. green beans
    1 small can mussels
    1/4 lb. shrimp, cooled
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add pork and chicken; cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is browned on all sides.
    Add onion, garlic and ham; cook for 5 minutes longer.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add broth mixed with saffron and bay leaf.
    Cook 30 minutes, remove bay leaf and add rice.
    Cover and cook 15 minutes.
