Fill cabbage leaves with portion of sauce.
Roll up and fasten with toothpick.
Place in casserole dish.
Pour remaining sauce on top. These can be frozen for later use.
Seal with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Yield: 1 dozen.

Cook rice and add raw beef, egg, salt and pepper.
Mix well. Core cabbage head and place in boiling water.
As leaves separate, take them from water.
Spread out and fill with rice mixture. Roll up and place in baking dish.
Mix tomato juice and sauce over cabbage rolls.
Bake until beef is done, 1 to 2 hours, at 350\u00b0.

Put cabbage head in boiling water for a few minutes; set aside and drain, just enough to separate leaves.
Mix all these things together and fold into cabbage leaves.
Place sauerkraut in bottom of pan or casserole.
Add cabbage rolls on top.
