Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium-size cabbage head
    boiling water
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, minced
    2 to 3 stalks celery
    garlic (buds or powder)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. rice
    1 egg
    little hot catsup (for seasoning)
    1 large can sauerkraut
    little small smoked sausage
    1 (No. 2) can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Put cabbage head in boiling water for a few minutes; set aside and drain, just enough to separate leaves.
    Mix all these things together and fold into cabbage leaves.
    Place sauerkraut in bottom of pan or casserole.
    Add cabbage rolls on top.
    Lay little small smoked sausage around through pan and sprinkle a little red pepper seeds through pan.
    Pour stewed tomatoes over top of everything. Cook on top of stove slowly or bake in oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
