Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage head
    2 cut up green peppers or 1 medium can pimento
    1 can cream of celery soup
    crackers or bread crumbs
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into strips
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut cabbage head in fairly large pieces and cook 3 minutes or until it wilts.
    Mix cut up peppers or pimentos, cream of celery soup, cheese, salt and pepper (to taste).
    Mix in drained cabbage. Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Top with crushed crackers or bread crumbs.
    Put dots of butter on top.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
