Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 large chopped onion
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 cabbage head
    1 large c. sauerkraut
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions.
    Allow to cool.
    Cook cabbage head until tender.
    Combine ground beef, rice, onions and oregano.
    Separate cabbage leaves.
    Roll a small amount of ground beef mixture in the cabbage leaves, pressing leaves in on each end.
    Place in a large slow cooker.
    Pour tomato juice and drained sauerkraut over cabbage rolls.
    Cook on medium for 3 hours.
