Glorified Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole cabbage
    1 can mushroom soup
    3/4 stick margarine
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 slices bread, cubed
    1 small chopped onion
Preparation
    Shred cabbage head.
    Cook in water until tender; drain.
    Melt butter and add onion.
    Cook until soft.
    Add cheese, soup and bread cubes and mix well.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
