Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage head
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Core and parboil cabbage, head down, for 10 to 15 minutes, covered in 2 cups salted water.
    Remove and cool; separate leaves. Mix remaining ingredients together until well blended.
    On each cabbage leaf, place one tablespoon meat filling.
    Roll loosely, folding in sides as you roll.
