Preheat the oven to
Mix all ingredients together and spoon into a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake an additional 10 minutes more.
Mix well and pour into a well-greased baking dish.
To double recipe, use a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 if using a glass dish or 350\u00b0 for other kind of dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
I prefer to use fresh corn.
Add a little milk, salt and pepper.
Cook for a few minutes and cool. Serves 6.

Pour the Jiffy mix into a mixing bowl.
In another bowl, whisk the sour cream until soft. Mix in the butter, corn, and buttermilk.
