Bethel Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 small can drained corn (whole kernel)
    1 small can creamed corn
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Cream the margarine with a spoon. Add slightly beaten eggs, sour cream and both cans of corn.
    Mix well. Add muffin mix.
    Pour in greased casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
