Take a mixture of seasoned flour and self-rising flour.
Coat steak.
Brown steak in a small amount of margarine.
Don't cook until done.
After steak is browned, put in crock-pot with gravy.
Cook on low approximately 3 hours or until steak is done.
Combine beef, onion, cracker crumbs, egg white, salt, pepper, milk, horseradish. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 4 oval 1/2 inch patties. Heat large non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot. Cook patties 7-8 minutes or until centers are no longer pink, turning once. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Add gravy to skillet and heat through. Serve steaks with gravy. Makes 4 servings.
Return the patties to the gravy and cook over low heat

Remove onion; set aside.
On wax paper, mix salt, pepper and about 1/4 cup flour. Sprinkle steak seasoning on steaks and lightly flour; with skillet over medium heat, brown steaks for about 5 minutes on each side. Remove steaks.
Brown remaining flour.
Add water; simmer for 10 minutes.
Add onions and steak; simmer about 5 minutes.
Serve steak topped with onions and gravy.

Cook rice according to directions.
Place butter and miso in a large bowl, stirring to combine. Sprinkle steak evenly with pepper and salt. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add steak to pan; cook 2 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Add steak to butter mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle steak with green onions.
Stir rice vinegar and oil into rice. Serve rice with steak mixture.
