Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 (16 oz.) pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
3 pkg. gravy mix
Preparation

Combine ground beef, 1/2 package bread crumbs, onion, bell pepper and eggs.
Fry in large frying pan until done.
Remove from pan.
Add gravy mix in frying pan.
Prepare according to package directions, then place salisbury steak back into pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
