Round Steak With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    2 Tbsp. oil
    flour
Preparation
    Coat round steak with flour.
    Put in skillet with oil, brown (burn) both sides (the browner, the better).
    Fill skillet with water until meat is covered.
    Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Steak will be tender with gravy.
