Salisbury Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. hamburger meat
    2 eggs
    2 slices bread, crumbled
    favorite seasoning to taste
    flour
    1 gravy packet
Preparation
    Mix meat, eggs, bread and seasoning together.
    Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Roll in flour, mashing flat.
    Fry.
    Mix a full glass of water with gravy packet (onion gravy's great) and pour into a pot.
    Put cooked patties in gravy, simmering while you finish frying rest of patties.
    Pour off excess grease, but about 2 tablespoons.
    Pour some of remaining flour in skillet; cook until brown.
    Pour in water until thin enough to pour over meat.
    Thin as needed.
    Season gravy.
