Salisbury Steak(20 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    5 lb. hamburger
    2 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    5 Tbsp. finely diced onions
    brown gravy
    1 (16 oz.) can mushrooms per bag gravy
Preparation
    Mix all real well.
    Make into 4-ounce portions (shape into oblong football like shapes).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 25 minutes. Use regular brown gravy.
    Add 1 (16-ounce) can of mushrooms per bag of gravy.
    Top meat with gravy when serving.
