Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add rice.
Braise well until butter starts to bubble.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in 4 cups water. Mix together with rice in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Dip salted chicken in melted butter.
Place rice in bottom of pan.
Mix soups, water and salt.
Pour mixture over rice.
Lay chicken on top.
Bake uncovered for approximately 2 1/2 hours in 250\u00b0 oven.
Saute onions and peppers in margarine until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Turn heat to low; cover pan and simmer about 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Serves 6.
Mix soups in 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
Add rice and continue to mix.
Layer chicken on rice/soup mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 covered for 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover and bake for 1 more hour.
Place 6 cups milk, rice and sugar in a large saucepan.
Cover and heat over medium heat without stirring until it begins to steam, about 20 minutes.
Mix soups together.
Mix rice with soup.
If thick, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk.
Put into casserole dish.
Lay seasoned chicken parts on top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Brown meat and onions in fat, stirring to break meat apart. Stir in rice, water, bouillon cube and tomato paste.
Add seasonings.
Heat to boiling; stir well.
Cover.
Lower heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
Add cheese cubes and toss lightly.
Serve at once.

Heat milk on top of stove.
When milk is hot, add rice and boil slowly until rice is tender and pudding is thickened.
Add sugar and vanilla and heat until sugar is dissolved.
Remove pan from heat.
Beat eggs and stir a little of the hot rice mixture into them.
Pour this into rice mixture and replace pan on heat and stir until creamy.
Remove from heat and pour into a bowl or individual dishes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and allow to cool.
Pudding may be eaten warm as well as cold.
Brown hamburger meat, chopped onion and chopped bell pepper in skillet.
Drain.
Add barbecue sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes or until mixture is cooked good.
Cook rice in pan and rinse in a colander with cold water to keep rice from sticking together.
I leave both dishes in pans and we dip rice out and add as much meat mixture as we want on top of rice.

In 4 cups of water, boil lentils, diced onion and 4 tablespoons butter for 30 minutes.
Add fried onion in butter to lentil mixture.
Add rice and cook slowly until rice is done.
Add salt to taste.

Very good with cabbage salad with Lebanese Salad Dressing.
Pour 1/2 gallon milk into a pot and heat it on the stove.
When the milk is warm, put the rice and sugar and cook until thick. Beat eggs in separate bowl and add vanilla.
