Rice Romano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. diced pimento
    1 c. Riceland rice
    2 c. hot chicken broth
Preparation
    Saute onions and peppers in margarine until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Turn heat to low; cover pan and simmer about 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
    Serves 6.
