Rice Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked Riceland extra long grain rice
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
2 green onions, chopped
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine rice, sausage and onion.
Spoon rice mixture into greased shallow baking dish.
Combine eggs, milk and salt.
Pour over rice mixture.
Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
