Cook the mushrooms in a non stick frying pan without oil, stirring, for 8-10 minutes to drive off all the moisture.

Stir in the mushrooms, breadcrumbs, parsley, yeast extract and seasoning to taste. Shape into burgers with lightly floured hands and chill.

Place eggplant cubes on a plate and sprinkle with salt then let them sit for 30 minutes to remove bitterness. Rinse off the cubes in a collander then pat them dry with a paper towel.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Place eggplant cubes onto a nonstick baking sheet and drizzle the oil over them.
Grind the fresh pepper over the eggplant to give them all a light dusting.
Sprinkle the just under 1 tsp salt over the cubes.
Sprinkle the garlic powder over the cubes.
Bake for 30 minutes, give it a stir midway thru.
Saute garlic in olive oil.
Add pepper and onion.
Add meat; saute.
Add crushed tomatoes and paste.
Add spices; add water. Simmer on low for 2 to 3 hours.
Serve over favorite pasta.
May substitute boneless pork for pepperoni or hamburg.

Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. May be baked

on High for 30 minutes.
Test for doneness. May require more time or less.

Mix together the apples and sugar.
Combine the oil, nuts, egg and vanilla and add to the apples.
Mix and sift together the flour, soda, cinnamon and salt and add to the mixture.
Put into greased 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until it shrinks from edge of pan.
Sift a tablespoon of powdered sugar on top, if desired.
Set oven to 350\u00b0.
Blend flour, soda and cocoa in a bowl.
Set aside.
In a saucepan, melt margarine over low heat and stir in sugar. Remove from heat. Add vinegar and vanilla.
Stir in mixture from bowl. Bake in 2 greased layer pans for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Allow to cool before frosting. (Use Lite Cocoa Frosting.)

Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour and 25 minutes.
It's good. This is a prize winning cake in the Men's Bake-Off at the church.
Clean peppers, removing membrane and seeds; wash and pat dry.
Rough chop. (You can chop to whatever size you need when you use them.).
Place in zip top bag, removing as much air as possible, or vacuum pack.
Freeze.
Use these in chili recipes, soups or stews, anywhere you want the flavor and color of fresh bell peppers!
Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan.
Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl; beat for 10 minutes on medium speed.
Turn batter into Bundt pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes.
Remove skin from chicken.
Dip into margarine, then roll in cracker crumbs. Place in a pan at 350\u00b0 for an hour or until done. Serves 4.
Cream together the sugars, oil and egg whites.
Add to the mixture, in order, the flour, whole wheat flour, oat bran, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice (or nutmeg) and the apples, mixing well after each.
Spray Pam on 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Cut in corn oil spread until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in bananas, raisins, oats, egg substitute, applesauce and vanilla extract just until flour is moistened.
Spoon batter into pan. Bake 1 1/4 hours until done.
To prevent overbrowning, cover bread loosely with a tent of foil after 1 hour.
Cool bread in pan for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Place uncooked chicken breasts in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, sprayed with Pam.
Pour bottle of Thousand Island dressing over chicken breast, then dump can of
sauerkraut, juice and all, over the dressing.
Top with sliced Swiss cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve with rye rolls or bread.
In saucepan, cook onion and garlic in margarine.
In bowl, toss Lite-line pieces with flour.
Add onion mixture and remaining ingredients.
Pour into lightly oiled 9-inch pie plate.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until set.
