Serve hot with assorted cut-up vegetables, toasted chips or tortilla chips.

Variation: For Velveeta chili dip, prepare as directed, substituting your favorite variety of canned chili (with or without beans, regular or spicy) for the salsa.

Brown ground beef.
Add chunks of Velveeta cheese and the can of green chilies and chopped tomatoes.
Melt and serve with Doritos.
A crock-pot works well.
Brown hamburger and drain.
Place in crock-pot.
Cut up block of Velveeta cheese and place in crock-pot along with jar of salsa. Cook on high until good and melted while adding a little milk to help.
Serve with corn chips.
Cook beef, onion and garlic in large skillet until well browned; drain grease.

Add the Cubed Velveeta Cheese and the Hormel Chili.
Cut Velveeta cheese into cubes and place in a microwave-safe dish.
Pour Ro-Tel tomatoes on top of the cheese.
Microwave on High for 2 minutes, then stir.
Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Keep doing this until all the cheese has melted.
Pour dip on top of chips in a bowl or on plate or dip each chip separately in bowl of dip.
Combine first 4 ingredients in small cup.

Discard tip and cut wings apart at joints.
Brush sauce over both sides of chicken pieces.
Place pieces in 3 1/2 Quart slow cooker.

Blue Cheese Dip: Combine all seven ingredients in a bowl; Beat until smooth.
Makes 1 1/8 cups.
Serve with wings.

Brown the ground beef and let it drain.
Cut the Velveeta cheese into chunks and put into a crock-pot.
Add the drained ground beef and the salsa.
Add anything else you are going to put in the dip.
Turn the crock-pot on high until the cheese is melted, then turn it down on low.
