Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 small jar Pace picante sauce (mild)
1 large bag plain tortilla chips
Preparation

Cut Velveeta cheese into small pieces.
Put in a large skillet over low heat, brown ground beef while cheese melts.
Drain.
Add ground beef, cheese soup and picante sauce.
Leave over low heat until all cheese has melted and all ingredients are blended well, stirring often.
Pour over chips or place in a small bowl and dip chips one at a time.
Great for small parties and holidays. Delicious.
