Velveeta Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. pimiento
    1/3 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Heat the cubed cheese and milk in a heavy pan to melt cheese. Add the remaining ingredients.
    Stir constantly over heat with cheese and milk.
    Serve cold for dip with tortilla chips or warmed over cauliflower.
