Sprinkle bread crumbs and butter over the top of casserole about 15 minutes before done.
Double the recipe for a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

Hash Brown Casserole

Mix all ingredients, except 1/4 cup margarine and corn flakes. Pour into 15 x 11-inch greased casserole dish.
Mix the 1/4 cup margarine with corn flakes and spread on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Makes a large casserole.
Use 1/2 recipe for smaller casserole.

Corn Casserole Dish

Melt butter and stir in flour and sugar.
Add beaten eggs and corn mixture.
Mix all together.
Salt and pepper.
Put in 13 x 9-inch baking dish or round pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
You can remove from oven after 45 minutes and add grated Colby and Cheddar cheese on top.
Return to oven and cook until cheese is melted.
May double recipe for large group.
Makes a 9 x 13-inch dish.

Spray a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with Pam.
Melt butter in dish.
Combine next 5 ingredients and beat in egg; mix altogether. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or check to see when done.

Swiss Corn Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F Lightly grease a casserole dish; set aside.
In a bowl, combine thawed corn, chopped scallions, shredded Swiss cheese, flour, pepper and salt. Mix well.
Stir in the evaporated milk.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold in the corn mixture.
Pour the corn mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
Mix the 2 tbsp melted butter with the crushed cracker crumbs; sprinkle over the corn casserole mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for about 30 minutes or until a bit golden.

Melt margarine.

Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan (9 x 13-inch for thinner casserole).

Beat eggs in medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
Pour into sprayed or buttered casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Note: If doubling this recipe use 5 large eggs.

Southwest Green Chile Corn Casserole

Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 3 hours.
This can also be baked in the oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

Baked Corn Casserole

Grease deep casserole. Put the two cans of corn and melted butter in casserole; mix well. Add Jiffy cornbread and blend. Fold in the sour cream until well mixed. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes or until golden brown.

Then add onions and pepper until onion is transluent.
Add salt to taste.
Add soups and corn; stir until mixed well.
Pour into casserole dish.
Top casserole with as much cheese as desired.
Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, or until casserole is hot and bubbly.
Serves 4 to 6.
