Corn Casserole Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium can whole kernel corn (16 oz.), drained
1 medium can creamed corn (16 oz., undrained)
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
4 slices raw bacon or substitute chopped ham
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Melt butter and stir in flour and sugar.
Add beaten eggs and corn mixture.
Mix all together.
Salt and pepper.
Put in 13 x 9-inch baking dish or round pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
You can remove from oven after 45 minutes and add grated Colby and Cheddar cheese on top.
Return to oven and cook until cheese is melted.
May double recipe for large group.
Makes a 9 x 13-inch dish.
