Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Ortega chilies, diced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can creamed corn
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. (Double recipe for a larger pan.) For a zestier taste, jalapeno peppers can be added. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven.
