Place ham slices on top of vegetables.
Pour 1/2 the soup and milk mixture over this.
Add the rest of the vegetables, margarine and spices.
Sprinkle on cheese and add ham slices on top.
Pour remaining soup mixture over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender.

While the noodles are cooking, microwave peas 5 minutes; drain any accumulated water and set aside.

Add noodles and peas; stir to blend. Microwave on high 6-8 minutes, stirring once.
