2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and place in casserole.
Top with potato chips and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
