Poke it all over with a knife.
Pour the liquid mixture over the roast.
Cook on low 6-8 hours.
Shred roast in the crock pot- it will fall apart easily using just 2 forks.
Let it soak up the liquid.
Serve with pita bread, feta cheese, tomatoes.
Or serve over garlic couscous or mashed potatoes.
Cook pork roast in crock-pot. Take out. Cut up pork taking fat out. Drain juice. Put pork back in empty crock-pot. Add sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and red crushed pepper to taste. Also add hot sauce or barbecue sauce. Pour about 1 to 1 1/2 cups of juice back over pork. Cook on low about 6 to 8 hours. The longer it cooks without drying out, the better it is.

Place roast in a crock-pot and sprinkle with seasonings. Let cook for 18 hours on low or 8 hours on high. At last 3 hours, place on top the onions and bell peppers. Use warmed thick tortillas and garnish with your favorite toppings: salsa, guacamole, sour cream, etc.

In separate bowl, mix chicken gravy packets, marinade mix packet, water and oil.
Pour over pork.
Sprinkle Cajun seasoning on pork.
Cook 8-10 hours.
If possible, cut pork and stir gravy over pork during cooking.
Serve gravy over mashed potatoes.

Top with tomatoes, goya, onion, parsley, basil, cumin, cayenne, white pepper, soy sauce, garlic, tomato paste, bay leaf, and tomato sauce.

Take meat off bones and remove all fat possible. Cut into chunks or shred.
Mix with remaining ingredients.

Add dry soup mix, mushroom soup, tomato soup and water.

In a skillet brown the cubed pork.
To the crock pot, add the undiluted soup, apple juice, potatoes, carrots, caraway seeds, and pepper. Cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 hours. If using the stove, use a dutch oven on medium for an hour.
Add the milk and cabbage. Cook for 2 1/2 hours longer in the crock pot. About 35 minutes on the stove top. Careful not to burn the milk on the stove.
Re-season to taste. We found it need some extra salt but we like our salt.
Rub seasonings on roast, put in crock pot, pour the cans of soup over roast.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
If you like thicker gravy-thicken with flour or cornstarch.

Peel & chop the potatoes into bite-size pieces. Place them in the bottom of the crock pot, & put the roast on top.
Sprinkle the pepper, thyme, sage, oregano, & saffron on top of the roast. Throw in the garlic, then mix the bullion with the water before putting it in the crock pot.
