Crock-Pot Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) pork roast
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook pork roast in a crock-pot overnight or until fall-apart tender.
    Add about 1/4 cup water to the pot when cooking.
    Remove roast from pot.
    Cool and chop into small pieces.
    Remove as much fat as possible.
