Crock-Pot Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork roast (loin or Boston Butt)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 co 1/2 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    8 Tbsp. broth from meat
    Texas Pete to taste
Preparation
    Cook pork on low in crock-pot for 10 to 12 hours in vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Take meat off bones and remove all fat possible. Cut into chunks or shred.
    Mix with remaining ingredients.
