Melt margarine in saucepan.

Stir well (add a couple of tablespoons of water if too dry).
Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place half of mixture in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with half of cheese.
Repeat meat and cheese.
Then microwave on High until cheese begins to melt (2 to 3 minutes normally).
Serve hot with nacho chips.

Nacho Cheese Sauce:
In a
Spread beans into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and spread over beans.
Add nacho sauce (if this seems too watery, drain).
Shred cheese and add on top of salsa.
Chop items and place over cheese.
Refrigerate until needed.
Cook ground beef, drain; crush chips and put in a 9 X 13 pan. Mix nacho cheese, cream of mushroom and Rotel into hamburger mixture.
Stir; bring to a boil.
Then, pour on top of nacho chips.
Sprinkle cheese on top.

Brown ground beef; drain.
Sprinkle taco seasoning mix into ground beef with 1/2 cup water.
Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
While beef is simmering, cook nacho cheese sauce mix with milk according to package directions.
When this thickens, pour in Ro-Tel tomatoes; do not drain.
Mixture will be thin.
Add Velveeta cheese until desired consistency.
Add ground beef mixture.
Serve with nacho chips.

In skillet, brown meat, onion and one green pepper.
Cut up tomatoes and put in large bowl with soup and beans (do not drain beans).
Mix in soup-bean mix.
After thoroughly mixed, put in casserole and cook at 250\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Remove from oven, top with taco cheese and other green pepper, cut in strips. Put back in oven and cook another 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve hot with nacho chips.
