Mexican Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 bag nacho chips
1 large green pepper
1 (12 oz.) jar hot or mild taco sauce
1 large tomato
1 pkg. taco seasoning (optional)
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain.
While meat is browning, stir in taco seasoning.
Dice pepper and tomato.
Mix 1/2 of the browned ground beef and the pepper and tomato in a bowl.
Empty 1/2 of the taco sauce into this mixture.
Empty the other 1/2 of the taco sauce into remaining ground beef; stir.
Empty meat mixture with peppers and tomatoes into casserole dish.
Put one layer of crumbled nacho chips on top.
Next put remaining meat mixture on top of the nacho chips.
Finally, put another layer of nachos on top and bake for 10 minutes in a 360\u00b0 oven.
