Layer bottom to top, spreading gently across entire dish in order to maintain individual layers.
Layer 1: mix refried beans and bean dip, then spread across bottom of dish.
Layer 2: spread guacamole.
Layer 3: mix sour cream, mayonaise and taco seasoning, then spread.
Layer 4: mix cheeses, then sprinkle half.
Layer 5: pour picante sauce (or salsa).
Layer 6: sprinkle green onions.
Layer 7: sprinkle remaining cheese across top.
Cover and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
In medium bowl, combine black beans and 2 tablespoons salsa; mash with fork and stir until smooth.
On 12-inch serving plate, spread bean mixture into 10-inch circle.
Top with sour cream; spread to within 1/4-inch of edge of beans.
Top with one cup salsa, lettuce, cheese, olives, green onions and tomato.
Serve with Easy Tortilla Chips.

Chop onions and tomatoes layer on sour cream mixture.

First spread bean dip in the bottom of a rectangular pan. Then mix guacamole with juice from 1/2 lemon and salt and pepper to taste.

To prepare dip:
Combine the Mexican Fiesta Dip Mix with mayonnaise and sour cream.
Stir until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate.
Dip is better if made 8 hours before serving.
In skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain.
In large bowl, mix ground beef, taco seasoning and refried beans.
On large platter or 2 small ones, spread meat mixture.
Spread on sour cream, then avocado dip.
Sprinkle on olives, then Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Pile shredded cheese on top.
Serve with tortilla chips.
