Mexican Layered Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
    2 Tbsp. thick and chunky salsa
    1 (8 oz.) container light sour cream
    1 c. thick and chunky salsa
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded reduced fat Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can olives
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1 recipe Easy Tortilla Chips
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine black beans and 2 tablespoons salsa; mash with fork and stir until smooth.
    On 12-inch serving plate, spread bean mixture into 10-inch circle.
    Top with sour cream; spread to within 1/4-inch of edge of beans.
    Top with one cup salsa, lettuce, cheese, olives, green onions and tomato.
    Serve with Easy Tortilla Chips.
    Makes 5 cups; 12 to 16 servings.
