Mexican Layer Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can refried beans
    1 large carton sour cream
    1 small carton avocado dip
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced and drained
    1 medium can ripe olives, sliced and drained
    1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers, shredded
Preparation
    In skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain.
    In large bowl, mix ground beef, taco seasoning and refried beans.
    On large platter or 2 small ones, spread meat mixture.
    Spread on sour cream, then avocado dip.
    Sprinkle on olives, then Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Pile shredded cheese on top.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
