cook rice.
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
saute hamburger.
add onion, pepper and garlic to hamburger.
add taco seasoning and water to hamburger and cook until water evaporates.
stir in all the rest of ingrediants except 1 cup cheese and the sour cream.
cook 30-40 minutes. During the last 10 minutes add cheese on top.
serve with sour cream on the side. It can be added as people wish.
Brown hamburger meat.
Then in a bowl, mix Ro-Tel, Cheddar cheese, cream of chicken, cream of celery and cream of mushroom. In a long Pyrex dish, place Tostitos in bottom.
Place hamburger meat on top of chips.
Slice Velveeta and place on hamburger, then pour remaining ingredients over.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Brown hamburger. Add soup, sauce and chilies and mix well. Crush 1/3 nachos or fritos and add 1/2 hamburger mix,place in bottom of casserole and then layer as follows 1/2 onion and 1/2 cheese, 1/3 nachos or fritos then remaining hamburger mixture, onions and cheese. Top with nachos or fritos (additional cheese if desired) and bake in 13x9\" pan at 400 for 20 minutes.

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Mix cornmeal, buttermilk, eggs, oil and creamed corn.
In a large skillet, spray the bottom or melt shortening.
Add 3/4 of cornmeal mix.
Top with hamburger, onions and hot pepper.
Top with Cheddar cheese; then pour remaining cornbread mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
Brown hamburger and onion; drain.
Line 9 x 13-inch baking dish with half of corn chips.
Stir beans and enchilada sauce into beef mixture.
Pour half over corn chips.
Top with half of cheese.
Mix soup and picante sauce in bowl.
Pour over cheese. Layer remaining corn chips, beef mixture and cheese over soup mixture.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until cheese is melted.

1. Brown hamburger. Season with salt & pepper and chili powder.
2. In 9 x 13, line bottom with tortillas. Cover with meat mixture. Add beans. Cover with cheese.
3. Add another layer of tortillas.
4. Combine soup and Rotel. Pour over tortillas. Top with remaining cheese.
5. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Mix all ingredients.
form into your hamburger patties, or meatloaf (it's your choice).
Brown hamburger meat with onions.
Mix cornbread as directed, adding a little sugar and extra milk.
Mix corn and tomatoes with hamburger meat.
Pour a little cornbread mixture in bottom of pan. Add a layer of Mozzarella cheese.
Add hamburger mixture and a layer of Cheddar cheese.
Pour remaining cornbread down the middle of pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Brown ground round, breaking into small pieces (crumbled). Drain and add Ro-Tel and jar of picante sauce.
Mix thoroughly. May rinse jar with small amount of water and add to meat.
Lower heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Serve as filling for tacos or see Mexican Pie recipe, Mexican Taco Salad or Mexican Goulash recipes.

Drain.
Add all remaining ingredients except Hamburger Helper.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Add macaroni and sauce mix from Hamburger Helper.
Simmer 15 minutes. This is juicy when served first, but macaroni absorbs juice after standing.
Brown and drain hamburger.

Heat refried beans. In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, spread beans on bottom.
Sprinkle hamburger over beans.
Mix taco seasoning with sour cream and spread over hamburger.
Dice tomatoes and green onions.
Sprinkle tomatoes over sour cream mixture and green onions over tomatoes. Top with cheese.
Serve with Mexican corn chips.
Great for parties.

Cook spices, onion and hamburger meat together until well browned; drain and add corn, Spanish rice and beans.
Mix well and place in casserole dish with cover.
Heat in a 350\u00b0 oven just until cheese is
melted thoroughly.
Stir melted cheese into mixture well, then add remaining shredded cheese on top, covering fully.
Heat again until mixture has cheese melted thoroughly on top.
Serve with Mexican-style corn chips.
This can be frozen for future meals.
