After bringing to a boil again, you may add crab legs, when you add shrimp, if you have them.
Bring the water to a boil and add the crab boil, onions, lemons, and hot sauce. Stir and add the shrimp.
Boil until the shrimp turn pink.

Bring a pot of water to boil with lemons. Drop in boiling water the potatoes and cook 10 minutes. Add the corn and polish sausage and boil 10 minutes more. Last, add the shrimp and boil about 2 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.
