Low Country Boil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. smoked link sausage, cut in pieces
12 small ears corn
2 lb. whole carrots, quartered
4 whole medium yellow onions, peeled
4 stalks celery, quartered
3 lb. new potatoes
3 lb. medium shrimp
any shell fish (optional)
3 bags crab boil
Preparation

Fill 4 to 5 gallon stock pot 3/4 full of water.
Put in bags of crab boil when water boils.
Add sausage and all vegetables. Cook until vegetables are tender, approximately 45 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook 5 additional minutes.
Ladle out into a large serving dish and serve with French bread.
