Low Country Boil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 potatoes with skin on (per person)
2 corn-on-the-cob (per person)
1 onion (large)
2 sausage links (per person)
1/2 lb. shrimp (with shell on; per person)
pkg. crab boil (varies for amount of people)
Preparation

In very large pot bring water to boil.
Add crab boil (vary amount according to taste).
Add potatoes and return to boil. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add sausage and onion and cook another 7 minutes.
Add corn and cook 7 more minutes.
Lastly add shrimp and turn cooker off; let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
Drain liquid off and dig in.
