Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Trim fat from steak.
Place in a shallow glass baking dish with plenty of space around meat.
In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
Spread over steak.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to one hour, until steak is tender.
Slice at an angle and serve with tomato sauce from pan.
This tastes great with roasted potatoes.

Season steak medallions with salt and black
Heat salt pork, butter and oil in saute pan.
Add peppers, garlic, parsley and oregano.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add tomatoes, bring to boil, reduce to a simmer and cook slowly uncovered for 20 minutes.
Season to taste.
Grill (or pan sear and finish in a 400 degree oven) steak, slice thinly, plate and spoon sauce over.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the flank steak and cook for 5-6 minutes per side for medium rare, longer if desired. Remove the steak from the skillet and keep warm.
Add the onion and garlic to the pan drippings and saute for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and oregano and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the vinegar and olives and simmer for 3 minutes. Add the sugar and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the steak with the sauce.
Take chuck steak and cut into pieces to fit in saucepan.
Mix tomatoes with garlic, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour a little tomato mixture on the bottom of pan.
Place steak and rest of tomato sauce in pan.
Cover and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, over low heat, until steak is tender.
Serve over macaroni.
Put steaks in a large shallow non-aluminum baking dish. Combine the Italian dressing, cheese, basil and pepper.
Add to steak and turn to coat.
Cover and marinade 4 to 5 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
Remove the steak from the marinade, reserving the marinade.
Barbecue, grill or broil the steaks, turning once or until steaks are done to test.
In a small pan bring the reserved marinade to boil and continue boiling for one minute.
Pour over steak and serve.

Lower heat and cover and simmer until done.
Thicken with paste of flour and water. Serve over cooked noodles.
Melt 2 tablespoonfuls butter in frying pan.
Brown onion slices in butter slowly until tender.
Combine tomato sauce and seasonings; bring to a boil.
Stir in 1 teaspoonful butter and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Quickly brown steak in pan with onion.
Slice rolls; sprinkle with olive oil.
Place 2 tablespoonfuls of sauce in each roll; add steak and onion.
Top with remaining sauce.
Garnish with pickle slices and additional oregano.
Serve immediately.

Brown steak, cut into 2 or 3-inch squares. Add can of stewed tomatoes, basil and oregano, adding broth or water last. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Thicken slightly before serving.
Place a little grease in frying pan; add a steak.
Let fry until brown on both sides, about 15 minutes.
Fill another pan with water and bring to boil.
Take steak out of frying pan and place in water.
Cook in water until you break one open and it's not red in center.

PREPARE THE STEAK:
Take the finely sliced
Season steak with salt, pepper and oregano, then grill or broil until rare, 2-3 minutes per side.
Rest steak 5 minutes, then thinly slice.
Toss the meat and meat juices with the arugula, then drizzle with oilive oil and vinegar and toss again.
Serve topped with shaved cheese and additional black pepper, if desired.
Mix the ingredients together in a pan.

Place all ingredients in a saucepan, and simmer until the mixture thickens, stirring often.
Pour over steak, or grilled chicken breast.
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Saute the green pepper, onion, and mushrooms in the melted butter.
Add spaghetti sauce until the mixture is well coated and warm.
In separate skillet, fry the Steak Ums.
Be sure to drain the grease.
Mix the Steak Ums and Sauce mixture together.
Spoon onto a hoagie roll and top with mozarella cheese.
Microwave to melt the cheese, if necessary.
Salt and brown steak pieces on both sides, set aside.
Add onions, cook until tender.
Stir in broth, soy sauce and garlic. Cover and simmer 10 minutes till meat is tender.
Add green peppers, cook 5 minutes.
Cook mushrooms, onion and green pepper.
Blend in chili sauce, water, salt, pepper and rest of ingredients.
Place steak in baking dish and cover with ingredients.
Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300\u00b0, covering dish tightly.
