Italian Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak or more (3/4 inch thick)
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    1/3 c. chili sauce or ketchup
    3/4 c. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
Preparation
    Brown onions and green pepper in oil.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Blend in other ingredients.
    Put steak in roaster and pour all over. Bake covered 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 250\u00b0.
