Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat.

Mix Jell-O by package directions and place in freezer until firm.
Place Pet milk can in freezer.
You only want to chill the milk so it will whip up.
Do not freeze the milk.
After it chills and Jell-O is firm, place milk in chilled glass bowl and whip to firm consistency.
Add whipped cream to Jell-O and fold until Jell-O is broken into small pieces.
Add some grated cheese and pecan pieces and fold together, then place in icebox until needed. Good with chicken dressing and holiday meals.
Slice carrots, onion and zucchini.
Steam vegetables for 5 minutes; set aside.
Mix soup with sour cream.
Mix this into vegetables and set aside.
Mix stuffing mix with melted oleo.
Pat 1/2 of this mixture into bottom of round or square pan or casserole dish.
Fill casserole dish with vegetable mixture; top with rest of stuffing mixture.
